Greeting Card - Flamingo Patch - by Petra Boase

Petra Boase's bright and cheery greeting cards are produced on a Risograph printing machine in the UK. Designed in the mid-1980s in Tokyo, Japan, as an economical, high speed printer, the machine uses eco-friendly and non-toxic soy-based inks to create vibrant prints and gives a wonderfully hand-printed, tactile finish. The brand, Petra Boase, is a collaboration between Petra and husband Russell and a small dedicated team. The pair draws on their skills in textile design and children's book illustration, and are inspired by 1950's fabrics, knick-knacks, ephemera and travel.

This card includes a detachable flamingo patch that can be ironed onto clothing.
