Delivery

  • US orders

    Following are the prices for regular shipments within the continental US:

    Orders up to $99.99        $9

    $100.00* and up                Free

    Orders will generally leave Gretel HQ within one to three business days. We ship via UPS Ground and the USPS and the time it takes to receive your order will depend on your location. Please email us at shop@gretelhome.com to ask for an accurate delivery estimate. We do not currently offer overnight shipping although an order can sometimes be expedited. Please email us to inquire about this.

    *Free shipping applies to orders over $100 after any discounts have been applied.

  • Canada orders

    Following are the prices for regular shipments to Canada. We ship via USPS Priority or First Class Mail which takes 6-10 business days. 

    All international customers are responsible for any duties and import taxes incurred and for any return shipping costs.

  • Anywhere else in the World

    Sadly, we no longer ship orders outside the US and Canada. International shipping has become very expensive for small companies and, unfortunately, unreliable. Taxes and duties, which are out of our control, are also problematic.

    If you live outside the US and would really like to place an order, please email us at shop@gretelhome.com to discuss options.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of an order's delivery. We will issue a full refund (less the return shipping costs, and outbound if your order qualified for free shipping) as long as the merchandise is in its original condition, and has all its packaging, inserts and tags intact. If you decide to return your purchase email us at shop@gretelhome.com and we will send you instructions. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost (including the necessary insurance). However, if the product is defective, contact us at shop@gretelhome.com and we will arrange for a UPS call tag to have the merchandise picked up from you.

    If emailing us about your return please make sure that you include your name, address, telephone number, order number, and e-mail address.

  • Damaged items

    We inspect and pack our products carefully to ensure that you receive them in perfect condition. If you do receive a damaged item please contact us at shop@gretelhome.com to arrange a replacement (within three days of receiving the shipment). Please keep the original items and all packaging material. We will require a photograph of the damaged item in order to provide a replacement.
